Procedure:
In a large bowl, pour the flour, dark chocolate powder, baking powder and sugar. Wash the oranges, grate the skin and squeeze the juice.
Combine the skins into the bowl and the orange juice, milk and vegetable oil. Mix well with whisk to obtain a smooth and creamy. Take a baking sheet of the desired shape, buttering the pan and put a little flour. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook in the oven for about 30 minutes. When the cake is raised, try a toothpick if it is cooked.
Once baked the cake, you can sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
The chocolate cake and oranges is ready to be served.
