spaghetti with spinach

A simple dish of country tradition, few ingredients, all fresh. With spinach you can create a great plate of pasta, and add a pinch of spicy with fresh chilli or oil flavored with chili. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti: 360 g;
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tablespoons;
  • Garlic: 6 cloves;
  • Chili: 1 or half a tablespoon of chili oil;
  • White wine: 1 glass;
  • Fresh spinach: 90 g;
  • Salt: to taste;
  • Grated Parmesan cheese: to taste.

  • Preparation: 20/25 min.

 

Procedure:

In boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti. Meanwhile, put the olive oil, garlic and red pepper in a frying pan on medium heat and cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes, until the garlic will be golden. Pouring wine and continues to cook stirring for about 20 seconds.

Blow fresh spinach, after add the drained pasta. Mix everything well. Add a pinch of salt if necessary.

Serve hot pasta with spinach. If you prefer, you can also add grated Parmesan cheese.
