Procedure:
First, wash and dry the broccoli. Put on a pot of water, boil the water, and boil the broccoli for about 5 minutes. Climbing the broccoli and set aside. In a pan pour 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and add a clove of ease, then add the broccoli. Add salt and sauté in pan. Cook the broccoli for about 10 minutes over high heat with the lid.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream cheese, cheese, salt, pepper and cream. When the mixture is homogeneous, add also the broccoli. Mix well. With the pastry, line a baking sheet. Prick the bottom with a fork and pour the mixture.
Bake the quiche with broccoli at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
