Today in our kitchen at the winery, we prepared a traditional Tuscan recipe called "Salsiccia con fagioli all'uccelletto". A very tasty dish to pair a full-bodied wine as Brunello di Montalcino.
A friend of ours sent us a photograph while he tasted our wine Bartolomeo Super Tuscan paired with an inviting dish with meat and two side dishes. Therefore, we decided to remake in our kitchens the same dish, with some variations, and match it to Bartolomeo. The result was excellent!
