Selected Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes. These vineyards are cultivated on hilly ground with polychrome schist soils at an altitude of 400m a.s.l.</p> <p>Deep ruby red, tending to garnet color with a complete, elegant and penetrating bouquet, taste full and smooth. This is a wine that accompanies noble and common game and mature cheeses. It&#39;s prime quality and structure demand excellent first courses and risotto with sauces made from wild boar and hare, and tasty red meat dishes with roast game, vegetable souffl&eacute; or mature spicy cheeses.
