On the palate it is balanced, soft and fragrant. Its fresh, lively flavor is full bodied and persistent. The long finish highlights fruity, mineral notes. This rosé is perfect on its own, as an aperitif, and pairs beautifully with appetizers, cold meats, lightly seasoned first courses and risottos, soups, white meats and seafood dishes.
