This white wine is an IGT obtained from different white Tuscan grape varietals with the goal of obtaining a very fresh, floral and intensely aromatic white wine. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Due to its organoleptic characteristics, it is the ideal wine to serve as an aperitif or to accompany fish or cheese.

It has an elegant, characteristic bouquet which expresses all its freshness in the colour and aroma. Ideal served with vegetable and fish hors d'oeuvres, delicate first courses, herb risotto, consommès and generally with fish dishes with light, modern sauces.
