Join our Virtual Cooking Class for an immersive culinary experience, where you'll prepare some of the most loved dishes of Tuscan cuisine! In this 120-minute class, we’ll guide you through the preparation of classic Italian and Tuscan recipes:

  • Bruschetta al Pomodoro: A fresh and vibrant appetizer made with ripe cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil served on crispy toasted bread.

  • Pasta all'Uovo: Learn how to make homemade egg pasta from scratch, a staple of Italian cuisine.

  • Sugo per Tagliatelle: A rich, flavorful sauce made with Italian sausage, tomato, and fresh herbs, perfect for pairing with your homemade pasta.

  • Filetto Scaloppato: Master the art of making a deliciously tender meat fillet, either pork, beef, or chicken, braised in a Tuscan red wine sauce.

  • Tiramisù: Finish off the class by creating a classic Italian dessert: the beloved tiramisù made with layers of mascarpone, espresso, and Savoiardi biscuits.

  • Participants are required to source their own ingredients.

  • This experience can be customized for dietary needs if specified in advance.

Class Duration: Approximately 120 minutes

Requirements: A basic kitchen setup with bowls, whisks, and ingredients (a list will be provided upon booking).

Booking Notes: Minimum 2 participants per class. Inform us of any dietary preferences during reservation.

Schedule: Classes daily from 18:00 (6:00 pm) to 20:00 (8:00 pm) CET.

Prepare for an immersive cooking journey! Our chef will guide you step-by-step through each recipe, sharing tips and techniques to make these Italian and Tuscan favorites.

In this 120-minute class, you’ll create Bruschetta al Pomodoro, homemade Pasta all'Uovo, a savory Sugo for your pasta, tender Filetto Scaloppato, and finish with a sweet and indulgent Tiramisù.

Throughout the class, you'll have plenty of time to ask questions, interact with the chef, and connect with fellow participants. By the end, you’ll have a delicious Italian meal to enjoy with your friends or family!

Event Format:

The class starts with an introduction from our chef, followed by a brief setup. Then, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance through each recipe, with plenty of time for questions and interaction. After preparing the dishes, enjoy your creations with the group or save them for later!

  • Bruschetta al Pomodoro:

    • 4 slices of bread
    • 200g cherry tomatoes
    • A handful of fresh basil
    • 1 garlic clove

  • Pasta all’Uovo:

    • 50g semolina flour
    • 50g all-purpose flour
    • 1 large egg
  • Sugo for Tagliatelle:

    • 100g sweet Italian sausage
    • 100g tomato passata
    • ½ white onion
    • Salt, pepper to taste
    • Fresh rosemary, 1 sprig
  • Filetto Scaloppato:

    • 100g pork/beef/chicken fillet
    • 200ml Chianti red wine (Olio Torciano) - [link]

    • Fresh rosemary and sage, 1 sprig each
    • Flour to coat
  • Tiramisù:

    • 250g mascarpone cheese
    • 3 egg yolks
