Spaghetti alla Marinara

The clams, the main ingredient of this pasta, are even more tasty if you buy them fresh.

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. Pasta spaghetti type
  • 1000 gr.  of clams.
  • 400 gr tomatoes
  • Parsley to taste.
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Difficulty: medium
     
  • Time: 3,30h 

 

Procedure:

Clean and boil the cockles. Put a little oil in a pan and browned slightly a clove of garlic; Add some water clams and chopped tomato. Cook for about 5 minutes and joined finally the seafood.

Then cook the pasta al dente, drain and dress with the sauce with seafood. Sprinkle over a little chopped parsley and serve the spaghetti alla marinara well hot.
