Method
Wash the prawns well and cut the legs and mustache with scissors, drain them in a colander. In a large pan, put the oil and a clove of garlic and a little chilli pepper, brown the garlic. Remove the garlic and chili pepper.
Put the prawns in the pan, add the chopped parsley, brown the prawns on all sides by turning them a few times. Cover the prawns with a lid and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the lid, pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. Cover again with the lid and finish cooking for another 3-4 minutes, turning them on each side once.
Add the chopped parsley and serve on the table, delicious and easy, in a few minutes delicious prawns for everyone!
