Method:
Put the cocoa, butter, sugar and wine and a pinch of salt in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until creamy. Pour the cream obtained into a large bowl.
Add the eggs once, turning to absorb each one before adding the next. Then add the flour, chopped chocolate and baking powder. Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan, then bake the red wine cake in a preheated oven at 160° (320F) and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
