Procedure:
Put the boiled broccoli in a bowl and mash with a fork. At this point, add the eggs, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix well, until it has the right consistency to create meatballs. Make round balls and in the center put a soft cheese square as Asiago, you can use mozzarella if you prefer. Finished making the meatballs, pass them in breadcrumbs. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up and the meatballs.
In a pan pour oil, when the oil is hot, put the meatballs. When the meatballs are fried and golden brown, transfer them on absorbent paper towel to remove excess oil.
The broccoli with melted heart meatballs are ready, to be served hot.
