Beef Fillet with Truffle

Ingredients

  • 4 beef fillets
  • 50 g sliced black truffle in oil
  • Truffle oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Alternative cuts: rump steak, ribeye, entrecôte, or T-bone steak

Instructions

 

Cook the Fillet

Grill the beef fillets on a hot grill without seasoning until cooked to your preferred doneness.

 

Prepare the Truffle Sauce

In a pan, combine a drizzle of truffle oil with salt, black pepper, and a few drops of balsamic vinegar. Add the sliced truffle.

 

Combine and Finish

Slice the cooked fillet into thick pieces and briefly toss them in the pan over high heat, allowing the meat to absorb the truffle aroma and sauce.

 

Serve

Serve immediately while hot, finishing with an extra drizzle of truffle oil if desired.
