Beef Fillet with Truffle

Fillet with black truffle is a simple dish, but it must be done with care, so as not to risk wasting the truffle which, in addition to being particularly precious, is also very difficult to enhance in terms of flavors.

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 4 beef fillets
  • ¼ cup (50g) sliced truffle in oil
  • truffle oil
  • salt, pepper to taste

*Which kind of beef cut you can use: rump steak, ribeye steak, entrecote, t-bone steak

  • Difficulty: simple
  • Preparation: 15/20 min.

 

Procedure:

Grill the fillet on a grill without seasoning. In a pan, prepare oil, salt, pepper, a few drops of balsamic vinegar, the sliced truffle and the cooked fillet cut into transversal slices. Skip everything briefly over high heat so that the fillet collects the sauce.
